Pricing on Websites can vary. It just depends on the complexity of the
site. The only way to accurately give you a quote is to meet with you to
discuss your needs. We charge $50 an hour for website construction.
Most websites can be constructed in 20-40 hours.
Once your website is constructed, the only thing you will need to do is add
new listings and delete old ones. This can usually be done under one hour.
For updating websites (adding, changing or deleting) we charge $40 an
hour.

Websites can be a little confusing, so let me explain them to you. Please
read this very carefully.
Not all websites are created equal. More than likely you are provided a
website by the brokerage firm you work for. These websites for the most
part are very good and are very easy to add listings to. Usually you will
place your home on a listing service and all of the information you
provide will be copied over to your company provided website. So, how do
potential buyers find this listing?
Well, most likely they will visit your brokerage firms main website and
will be filtered or directed to your listing based on what they are
searching for. (size, price, location, etc.) They may also get your website
if you give them your website address. The is usually the brokerage firms
name, dot com, followed by a forward slash and then your name. For
example: www.bigcityrealestate.com/janesmith
So what are the disadvantages? Well for starters, take a look above
at the website address. It is kind of lengthy. What about originality?
Your site will look like everyone else's at your company. Another disadvantage
is that these broker provided websites are usually very limited. For
example you may only be able to add 6 pictures and may not have control
over where items are placed on your pages. And lastly, these websites
cannot be added to web search engines or directories like MSN, Yahoo,
Google, etc.. For this reason alone you should consider
getting your own website. It is extremely important for you to be found by
certain keywords. Like your name, or like "Homes in San Jose" or

If you decide
that you want to
use your company provided website, instead of obtaining your own, we can
also help you. Basically all of the listing work is done by you,
all we do is help with the pictures. If you provide the pictures to us, we
will only charge you $25 per listing to upload the pictures.
Besides
constructing and maintaining your website, we can take care of all of your
Photography needs like Virtual Tours and Stills. We can also create slideshow
