Lets us take
your pictures for you.
Pictures
You will be provided with a CD that includes all of your pictures. These
pictures will be saved in a 3:2 proportional size format that can easily
be uploaded to your listings. The pictures will also be
edited to a size that you require and touched up if lighting issues
arise. We will help you uploaded these pictures at
no additional cost.
A 24 hour notice is required to schedule a Photo Shoot.
Please note: if you
currently have your own domain website, you will need to give the pictures
to your Webmaster for uploading.

Virtual
Tours
We will create and host your Virtual Tours. You will provided with a link
webpage that will show all of your Virtual Tours. This link can be easily
placed in your listing, on your brokerage provided website, personal
website or any or listing service (REIL, Realtor.com, Etc..) We will help
you place this link in your listing at no additional charge.

Slideshow
We will create a slideshow can be played on a computer or a DVD
player. These slideshows contain anywhere from 20-50 images and also have
sound accompanying the show. You will be provided with 1 DVD Master
which you can make copies of. These are great to have around, especially
at open houses.
